The Lake Placid Central School District is excited to offer a new outreach program. We will provide outreach including home visits to families with children of all ages who may benefit. We will bring books for their children to encourage reading.
Our goal is to build connections, offer support, provide books and other resources for children.
Funding for this program was obtained through a Small, Rural School Achievement Grant and Stewart's Holiday Match.
Visits will be provided by Tina Clark, Family Outreach Coordinator. She is a credentialed prevention professional from the Prevention Team who has been serving in our district since 2004. She can be reached at 518-523-2474 x 4008 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
